转化命运从心开始，修心养性为什么能转化命运，某种个性就会造成某种行为，而有些行为恰恰是阻碍你进步的，你的暴燥，易怒是个性造成的，个性是你对事情的想法看法造成，暴燥易激怒对方，易怒的对方就以粗暴的态度相向，结果就打起来了，不是受伤，就是死亡，而且暴燥易怒的人找朋友合作，都会避而远之，因此机会就少了，罗罗嗦嗦的人，通常都容易会对人，对事不满，遇到人就喜欢发牢骚，埋怨，诉苦，从中发泄自己的不满，把对方当作他的听众，侵占别人宝贵的时间，这巳是他从行为中养成习惯，习惯巳经成为自然了，遇上这样的人你说烦不烦，别说共事，就是相处喝茶都觉得度日如年了。很难交到交心朋友，做起事来也是困难重重的。古人有一句话：（宁静致远）就是说一个人能够做到心平平静静，他对事情就能看到很透，很全面，很远，很清楚，就不会冲动，就不会做不应该做的事情，而且会很慈悲，很乐意助人，从善意的行为中，人缘会很好，给他人安乐，自己也开心。
慈悲心的人与自利心的人遇到冈一件事，却有两种截然不同的结果。请看下面的故事，陈家的该子不小心摔破了一个杯，妈妈知道了就提取藤条往孩子身上鞭，骂这样不小心摔破杯子，我要花钱买的，孩子边哭边叫妈妈不要打了，心里一直气妈妈打他。
另外李家的孩子也摔破了杯子，妈妈听到有东西摔破的声音，赶过来看，慌忙抱起孩子，关怀的问有没有被割伤，关心地看看手脚有没有受伤，和蔼的说以后要小心，别因为粗心伤害到自己，孩子很温馨地感觉到妈妈的爱，
心是你对事情的想法而决定你的行为.你把杯子的钱看得很重就生气打孩子，你把孩子看的很重要你就会关心他。
心想什么你就会去做什么，如果你想去探望生病的朋友，你就会去探望他，他见到你时就会感谢地说有心有心，你真有心。如果你不想去探望你的朋友，你就不会出现在他面前。心念与心意引导你的行为。心往正面的事去想，通过你的行为你将会看到好的成绩，心往负面的事去想，通过你的行为，你将无法看到好的成绩。
例如.有一位师父教了两个徒弟，甲徒弟上了一课，有什么不懂的，他心里很想懂，就很勤快地问，他问了四五拾件问题，他就学会了四五十件知识。
乙徒弟也上了一课，就只问了几个问题，他心里想.懂这些就够了啦，不想懂更多，所以乙徒弟的知识就缺乏了，心引导你的行为。
迟到成为习惯的人，心里总是想，迟到几分钟不重要啦!於是几分种加上几分就不止几分钟了.迟到是一件很严重的事，比如说，你约好了屋主，上午要去油厅的一面啬，下午电器行要来装电线，插头。因为你迟到上午无法完成工作，下午电工来了，得等你完成工作，他们才能开工，这样你就浪费了别人的时间，不为他人着想，这心态是负面的，员工如果每天迟到20分.一星期就等於2个小时，这2个小时可能可以完成4或5个简单的工作，结果就会把工作不知不觉地延迟完成，造成接不上轨，而误了珍贵的有效时间。养成准时或提早到的人，心里总是想，我不能迟到，我迟到，会误了他要办别的事，妨碍了他做事就不好，心里一直为他人着想，所以从来都不会迟到。这也都是你的心怎样去看待迟到或准时的心态而产生的行为。
